I am Aug 11 applicant and got my notes few days ago and as I assumed I was on a review
First review: Officer thought my job duties doesn't appear to be similar to the declared NOC. ( Nov 2015)
Second officer review: "Having reviewed employment letters and PA's work history and FOSS history and NOA, I am satisfied that PA is performing the declared duties. Requested T4-2014 fro employment at ABC company. All required Police certificates on file. No concerns. Re-initiated RCMP check Meds not generated yet." (End of Jan 2016)
Same day I was asked to provide updated schedule 8 and T4-2014 (End of Jan 2016, submitted same day)
I was asked to provide CV and Supplementary information request for student forms. (Early Feb, submitted same day)
Upfront Medical (Mid Feb 2016)
Upfront RPRF (end of Feb 2016)
Does the officer review mean that I passed the eligibility or it's going to the third person for the final review?

I am on second review, it could be because I sent an update to IMM5669 june 2015, that I forgot to mention about US visa rejection. Hoping nothing will happen. Lets see

It is the same of my case , I sent my application in July and my husband got rejected to enter US in august , CIC returned the file in September because I missed to submit one documentation , I was rushing and resubmitted my application without mentioned about the refusal in August . They contacted me in last June to ask about that and Why I hide this information , I responded to them that I missed to update his form in that regard and it wasn't intentionally.
Although I passed in Medical and paid RPRP under their request from the last June , I am still under the second review because of this situation. I hope they can believe me that I didn't hide it intentionally.
