My timeline is: after AOR nothing has happened. From what I see in this forum, most of the first review applications are being touched and in action. Second review application seem to have a different processing time line. I called the call centre last Monday, the agent said that my application has been put on hold again and he did not know why.
Eligibility: in process

Medical: not started
Security: not started
You will know if in your GCMS note, at the end of the comment of the VO, he or she stated that "review required by officer" and ",medicals not started for all applicants".

Are you planning to apply for your second BOWP soon? If so, could you kindly keep me in check, I am on the same boat with you, just 2 months later for the expired date.
As 2nd review, it truly feels like we are at the lowest of the food chain.

Is the only way to know if you're second review by GCMS notes? If you've received the RPRF request a couple months back is it still possible to be second review?

In my case, I know that I'm a second review applicant by GCMS note. They would say Review required by Visa Officer at the end of their comment. I don't think you are second review if you have already received RPRF request.
If your boyfriend is in Canada. He could order that for free using Privacy Act. Otherwise, he could call call center. But since when call center agents know what they are doing???
