Hello,
Should I include CBSA travel record with the application ?
I travelled often (about 3 times each year)
No. Send what is required only.
It's all relative, of course, but I don't think three times a year qualifies as frequent travel.

In the application form, there is a section to authorize IRCC/CIC to access your CBSA records, give them consent and that way they will access your records.
The ones you have, you can keep it for your personal reference.
CAN YOU GET A TRAVEL RECORD FROM CBSA??

Not the one from CBSA.
But you will have to complete, print and sign the residency calculator and send this with your application.
