It really depends on why your application was transferred to that particular office:
If this really is your local office, the wait will probably be minimal (maybe a month [guessing).
If this is NOT your local office...it could mean that there's an issue with your application, as many have mentioned that Etobicoke is the place where apps go that are being scrutinized, for various reasons...and the wait times can be several months.
