It seems that you guys have a bit of experince when it comes to CPP-O. Do you mind me asking how long was the time gap between you doing your medicals and the E-CAS being updated to "Medicals recived"?
To all of you who had application sent to Ottawa, how long did it take from the time it got to Ottawa to the time you got medicals? Or how long from the time you got transferred to the time you got residency card?
I researched this forum and I see moset people whose files got transferred from Buffalo to Ottawa got AOR+Medical in one e-mail the same date of the transfer or within a week.
In the case of the thousands of transferred applications now I don't see that happening.
Past cases will not be representative of the future.

I was expecting to hear about the passport request in a max of 2 months after the medicals, but from ur timeline looks its not the case so I hope u receive ur ppr soon,
One more thing, can u tell me after how many days of receiving the medical results the E-cas changed to we received ur medical results.
I sent the passport to cairo visa office 40 days ago and didn't receive them back until now.
Inspite of people usually receive their passport back after 21 days.
I don't know why Huh If there is any problem or due to that we are dealing with OTTAWA visa office ?

my ecas changed to medical results have been received then I found another change saying we reviwed your application and send you a letter on 29/9 to.....(my address)if we have send the letter to the wrong address please contact us
actually I didn't receive any letters and this update was only a few days ago does anyone has this sentence in the ecas or anyone knows what it means?

Don't worry dear ,the letter which sent to u was about PER it is matched with the date of PER , actually CIC updating was too late
