I have an engineering degree in IT. And have 4 yrs of work experience. Not given my English test yet. Below is my profile.
UG CGPA 7.7/10
IELTS: Not given yet. Expecting 6.5 to 7
10TH 87℅
HSC 92℅
Looking forward to apply for MS in Computer Science non thesis based. Am I too late for Winter 2017 intake? Below are the deadlines I saw for the course:
October 01, 2016 to be considered for funding
December 31, 2016 to be considered for admission and funding if space and funds remain
Do you think I can make it?
One other query:
The course description says "Students enrolled in our co-op program can apply to work at a local high tech company for work up to eight months". Is it mandatory or optional? Either ways, if I take the co-op for eight months, is it part of the 2 yr course or adds extra semesters? Thanks in advance.

For winter 2017 you're very late since you don't even have your English test score. To apply you need to provide that. Also, the December deadline is for Canadian students or Permanent residents. International students must apply atleast 4-5 months in advance to receive a decision in time to apply for visa/study permit.
Co-op is optional. And it is counted in the studies.
I applied for MASc in mechanical engineering for winter 2017. My status is preliminary review required. I applied on 25th july 2016. Hoping for a decision by the end of this month.

I applied to MEng SSE in Jun this year for Winter '17. I had contacted them asking about the time they'll start processing applications and was told that they start this in mid August. So we still have to wait a lot.
