Hi,

Anyone else applied for Carleton - or joint program with/from OttawaU for this September (2016)?

Please post your qualifications and status here

Mine is "Review in progress by department". Anyone have any idea how long this part takes or if i should ask if they are moving me to winter application for 2017 (since its late already and the visa takes time and Carleton requires your original transcripts or something from your former university to be sent - and this would take another month for me since I am from Romania)

Any company / info from people in the same boat dearly appreciated!

Hi, I applied for M.Engg ECE in Carleton in February end. Status till now is "Preliminary Review Required" My profile is written in Signature area. Can you share your profile.

- Ielts band 8 - writing pulled me down - 6.5 the rest around 8
- Master's in engineering - electronics and telecommunications - finished with low-ish grades (as to Carleton standards) - average 6.9 and Bachelors in same field - finished with average 7.3
- 2 years work exp in telecommunications

I applied in mid Jan. Status shows "preliminary review required" I lost hopes now. No updates on application.
My profile:
Eceengineering 6.63 till 7th sem.
Ielts 7.5 no less then 6.5
Applied for MaSc electrical and computer engineering.

Hello All,

I applied for summer 2016 intake before the deadline for Meng Mechanical, i contacted them since I didn't get any revert, they said there is no summer intake and they will move my file for Fall 2016 intake, my status still shows for summer intake and shows preliminary review required.

Even I am worried, as far as I know there is no need to send any original doucments except for the documents uploaded, we need to send the original transcripts only when we get offer letter from the university.

Looks like they have not even touched fall intake applications.

Hi Nikhil once try to contact them for the shift of course. I applied in mid jan and my status still shows preliminary review required. I have no updates from them from mail either.
