Hi. My wife is on a spouse open work permit (I'm studying) and got a job as a Home Support Worker. I've seen waiting times are very long for people applying for a caregiver work permit from outside Canada. Is it any different for people already in Canada?

Exactly, it's really frustrating. I don't know what's their basis in giving paor with bil to others, while others only issued paor.

CPCE received my application on May 30 2021, I got temporary file number on June 10, 2021, and same email received on July 15.

May be some applicants already done biometrics before with IRCC.

Temporary AOR (UCI starts in T and File Number starts in E) - May 13, 2021
Another exactly same Temporary AOR Received - July 13, 2021

Does anybody received the same AOR again?

My sister in-law called the IRCC after hours and automated phone service said they received my application on Nov 19,2021. They will update the application once the application start. So far this all the info I got.
