I dont' know to your knowledege, But I dont need to check co'z im pretty sure that we have online application for Home Support Worker starts last September 2021. The immigration announce last August 2021. You need to read to make you updated.

No then you can’t coz representative will do from his client portal account. He will get all update

If you have appointed him/her for as representative. He / She can link your application and his/her has the access to that portal not you.... Representative update you accordingly........ Please clarify someone if I am wrong... Thanks

Only one GCKEY can access one application. So let your representative do that.
