Applied for HSW Pilot in March second week 2021
Application delivery confirmation: Beginning of third week in March
Temporary AOR received in July 3rd week
UCI: TXXXXXXXXXXXX (First alphabet and 12-digits)
Temporary Application No. : EXXXXXXXXX (First alphabet and 9-digits)
Hoping to get work permit AOR soon.

Usually the work permit AOR is through a webform. So, you can try that route.

just ask for the temp AOR for Work permit stations your Temp Application number.

Got again AOR - 21 july2021
no update till now

They closed the HCCP program on April 28 for this year.

So, even if you have received the temp AOR, they will return your application and fee.

Keep track of your Credit or Debit card from where you submitted the fee..

the AOR they are giving to everyone just to inform that they have received it. It does not mean, they will process it.

CPCE received my application on May 30 2021, I got temporary file number on June 10, 2021, and same email received on July 15.

I got two AOR but my UCI does not start with an Alphabet? And temporary file number starts with E. What does it means ? Please do u know anything about this type of UCI

If your UCI number starts with '1' then its a permanent AOR for you.

Otherwise, please tell how long is your UCI number (including digits and alphabets)

I visited the link and went through details. It says “you can contact through this web form if your application has already passed normal processing time.”
I checked normal processing time on IRCC website it said “no data available for this category because it is new program”

so can I still submit this web form without compromising final outcome on my application?

One AOR should be for work permit starting with a W and second should be with UCI (T) and File (E)

if not, file a webform and ask for work permit application number.

To get it with W, just call IRCC. and ask for it. they will tell you that number.
