Today we got an AOR. I initially got "refused letter' they are looking for language result, passport and photo. I called IRCC and explained that it's included in my original application, after a week, they sent me another letter "refused reconsideration" looking for different documents this time. I sent a webform for those missing documents and after few days I got an AOR with biometrics letter instruction. I still have biometrics valid for 9 years, so I'm not sure what to do in this case.
Application Date: 2024/01/01 4:12 PM (UTC) . Inside Canada with 8 months gaining work experience.

In my case even though my biometric was valid I provided it again per instruction letter, please check this "The Government of Canada says anyone applying for permanent residence will need to give their biometrics and pay the fee regardless of whether they have provided biometrics in the past to support a visitor visa, study or work permit application or a different application for permanent residence (provided they do not ...Mar 15, 2023 " that i found in google. I think you should do it just in case and avoid any delay
