CAQ request for the Study Permit extension

Hi Guys,
I am extending my study permit inside Canada. As I'm studying in Montreal, so I need to extend my CAQ before applying for a new study permit which I already did.
The question here is that why doesn't the application for the new study permit request the CAQ? It usually asks for a CAQ. I already double-checked the application's answers and everything looks correct but there is no field to upload my new CAQ.
