CAQ do I need to change it

Hi, I got my study permit approved, applied with my wife she got visitor visa.
As my wife is shortly delevring, I though its better to wait until winter session. I also think its better to apply for an open work permit for my wife instead of visitor visa, + I will have to add my child in my application.
Initially, I put Visitor visa in my CAQ for my wife s visa.
How can I procceed please? do I need a new CAQ (to change my wife status and add my child)
