Can anyone please tell me the current CAPS Status for the following NOC Codes. I am an Oracle Apps Techno Functional Consultant (5yrs exp)

I will be applying by 20th Sept , and my responsibilities matches with the NOC CODES - 2171 & 2173.

WILL I BE ABLE TO MATCH WITH THE CAPS. ??

hi frnds..

my friend is working with a american bank as a credit analyst for almost 2 yrs ...... his education differs from his work .. he has done BSc it(3yrs) and Msc it(2yrs) in 2011....

now he wanted to apply under NOC 2172...
so our doubts are that will embassy refuse it on grounds that there is mismatch in studies and job ...... or these are just ment for pointss. ??

Plz advise.. should he apply or not.
