Once you are 100% sure of your score of 67 without your wife's IELTS
go ahead and submit please but if in doubt of that score it is better you wait.

I needa guidence; I am applying for NOC 2281; And my experience as a senior network engineer will had the roles and responsibilities similar to Network Administrator as per the reference letter `i got from my supervisor.


I used to work in ABC company from Jan 2013 to Jan 2014 which I am applying under NOC. I am ahving the appointment letter, resignation letter.
2. The reference letter I got it from my supervisor who left the company ABC on sep 2014.

So, The reference letter is on normal A4 sheet and official address and deatils of the my supervisors present company is there at the signature ( Not in a company letter head) Moreover he is not having the Business card as well.

Can I attach his appointment letter (Notarycopy) to my reference letter; that he is working in this company now ?

This is the only pendign document for me ,

As painted in the scenario above,you can collect the ref letter from a senior.
Most importantly,support it with other secondary documents like appointment
letter,confirmation of appointment,payslips knowing fully well that
all these supporting documents are already on letter head.
Go ahead and do not waste time at submitting your application

I can't say categorically the last date that was among the cap for 1112.
What you can do is to have a look at the spreadsheet and you should be
able to infer from there please.

It seems like CIC has stopped charging 217x applicants since 11/11.

I think my chance is getting slim....
