Still not clear as others telling that CIC will no longer accepts applications for FSW starting 1st January. When is deadline for submission?April 2015 please
Was the CAP date for noc 1112 already established? If yes, what date was the last application?
Does the date indicated in the last known returned application mean that cic advise these applications through email? Or does it mean that the physical application was already returned to them?

I sent my application for NOC 2281 yesterday!!! My police certificates are pending and I will be applying for them in February 2015. The reason I am delaying this is because I am o work visa in U.S.A and will be going for work visa re-stamping in January 6,201 to India. Since U.S consulate has all data provided to them, I would like to avoid any questions on why I had to go through the background checks before re-stamping. Hope that is fine. CIC mentions that Police certificates can be provided later but I would like to know if CIC will charge my credit card upon acceptance of my NOC 2281 package WITHOUT police certificates? What do you suggest?

Your card will be charged as police certificate is optional at the early submission stage.
You are fine with this plan.
Start processing your PCC as soon as you get your PER and forward it to the VO handling
your application.

Two days ago, when 2173 was not *officially* capped, I was quite positive for my 22nd Aug application.
