Dear ksa0510, as we all know EE is gonna kick in Jan 1 2015. Do we know the current policies are effective until when, end of 2014? My friend is applying and she's very concerned as she will take IELTS in December...

Since there is no change yet to the ministerial declaration of the 30/04/2015 closing date of the FSWP,we strongly believe that the 31/12/2014 is a rumour.
So the tentative closing date for FSW is April 30,2014.

application received in each of the NOCs.

Dude, we are in same boat , mine was received on 17th October, NOC 2173. keeping my fingers crossed. I know i may not make the cap. But still hoping that I will get it.

By now with the new update NOC 0911 will be b/w 250-390.
This will be capped in Feb/March 2015.

Hello KSA very thanks for your beautiful initiative. We are really bored as there is no update from CIC. Hope your experience helps us in this maze. How about NOC 3112. I have only sent my application on November 2nd which is destined to reach at CIC on 7 th instant. Do I have chance?

I will be sending my application to CIC for NOC 2132 by November 9. Can anyone please let me know your thoughts on whether the CAP is still open? As of 31st Oct, 376 applications have been accepted against this NOC.
