There is no way to pay online for the application fee. You should pay by credit card through providing the information of your card on the fee form that you will dispatch with the whole application to Nova Scotia, or you can pay by bank draft or certified checque made payble to the receiver general for canada. Paying online is only avaliable for Right For Permenant Residence which will be required from you in a next stage after receiving PER and transfering the file to the specified visa office serving your country.
Yes Sir, I am working on H-1B in U.S.A! I have been working on H-1B visa since October 2008 and worked for a company for 1 year 1 month as Network and Computer systems Administrator which is what I will be using MAINLY for supporting my NOC 2281 application. I am going to send my application by November 1,2014. I hope I am not late I am not sure whether I will be able to gather reference letters from my other previous employers but do have tax returns, pay stubs and offer letters to back up my employment with them. Your advice will be greatly appreciated with this matter!

I believe changes in the way CIC is carrying out work related activities by placing preference
on clearing backlogs rather than having heap of files.
Presumably,updates will not be based on weekly basis for now not until backlogs are cleared.
