Can't upload IMM5257B_1, HELP!

same problem here.

i am trying to upload (imm 5257b_1) form for my study permit application, and i am using the latest form (02-2018) but the below error showing tried everything i could, even i report to technical but no response till now.

Error Description: The version of the document submitted is no longer accepted

Hi everyone ! I'm asking for a school visa in Quebec and I used to have to same problem but i found a solution... As its an "optional document" you have to "delete" it and then add the document (5257) somewhere else ! I add it on the "more informations about you" section... I think its the only way to do it !

I'm having the exact same issue-may I ask how you solved this?

After validated,save, print and scanned imm5257, I attached that form with other documents and upload at other client information.

Same problem here. I validated my 5257 form and I got the bar codes. Still I can't upload the file. I'm using Adobe 11. Please anyone can help? I need to send my application today. All other forms uploaded successfully except the 5257 form.

I could not fill the country section of this form. Which countries I've visited is not working. I press country name on keyboard bot it doesn't appear on the form. But, It's working on old form.
