Can't register application tracker account

Did you ever use a representative? (for a PR application for example) They might be getting the registration email instead of you, sometimes IRCC doesn't update the email to yours for the tracker system.

I can not even create an account it shows an error on very 1st step.

Likewise! Well, it has only been two days since I received the AOR, so maybe I will give it more time.

Miraculously, it worked, but I somehow created the account from a different entry/portal because it didn't ask for my Name and country of origin this time. It shows everything "In Progress", except Test and Ceremony. AOR Oct 15th! This is the link, I clicked "Register Now" from below.

Do you have any recommendations?

Does it not find your application or the code does not come in email?

Hi all,

I received AOR today, I looked through the forum and I found some information that it takes a couple of days after AOR to be able to register for the tracker. I’m getting an error now, and I can’t register. Am I supposed to get a separate email saying when I can register?

You answered yourself. Give it time and try in 48 or 72 hours. If it still doesn't work, call IRCC.
And no, there is no email for that.

It couldn't find my application. The issue has been resolved now.

I wrote about this ti Ministry , I have seen most of the people have this issue. its a bug but tehy are not responding to fix. customer support is of no help. following this to know what should we do next
