Can't link my application

Hi,

I have a family class application. I know if is in the system as I can check status but I can't link it to my account. I tried few times and keep saying my application can't be found. I contacted the website but they were no help. I wonder if anyone can help me. Or if there is a post similar to this, I couldn't find any.

I was not able to link my application even after they emailed me. It took almost 2 weeks before I was able to link mine.

I just continued to try every day.

I left the passport info blank.
Searched with my UCI and application number. (Most ppl said they used family name and application number ).

For the number of people in application I entered 2. I also entered the PA city and country of birth and where they intend to live in Canada.

It will take some time but eventually it will be connected.

Hello , can you help me with with few answers, I was link my application 2 days ago, but they don't take my money from my credit card yet, somebody know when they do that? thank you
