Can't link Job bank with my Express entry profile

Sorry for being a pain guys but I am having some issues in understanding how to link the two.
My profile says "Application/profile status- Pending Additional Criteria"
Is that because job bank registration is pending .

Any help would be highly appreciated.

Once you submit the profile you will receive a notification (downloadable pdf letter) in your MyCIC account with a title "Express Entry profile received - Next Steps - JobBank". This pdf has the steps you should follow to link the profile with Job bank.

Does it say Job Bank registration is pending?

Have you used the 4 digit code along with the EE profile number to activate JB?

I have used that and I got this message "Your new Express Entry Key has been applied to your Job Seeker Account."
But its been around 7 hours after that still no change.
To make matters even more bizzare, I have got a letter of interest from Ontario. I don't know how to make My job bank and profile work.

just relax, it will become open in a couple of hours.
You can now research more on Ontario and start preparing the application
