Problem with Express Entry Profile

Dear Senior,

My express entry profile got expired on completion of one year. Now I have created new profile. But I have not received any message regarding Job Bank Registration and hence not received job seeker code. My Profile Status is "Pending Additional Criteria".


Application/profile status Pending Additional Criteria
Province/Territory Nomination No nomination at this time
Job Bank Registration Pending
Review of Minimum Entry Criteria Met
ITA Status Not Applicable
Review of submitted documents

Now what to do. wait?please help

You have to go create another Job bank to get it active. Use another email for your job bank registration.

You will get the Express Entry Profile Number and Job Seeker Validation Code just like you did when you created your first profile, it may take up to 24 hours. Once you have those, you will need to create a new Job Bank account and activate it with the Express Entry Profile Number and Job Seeker Validation Code.

Mine is the same case. However, I did not create a new job bank account. I logged in to my earlier one and updated my new application number & job seeker code there. Is that ok? Because its been like 12 hours and yet my job bank registration is showing Pending and Application Status is showing "Pending Additional Criteria". Please guide me.

If your Job Bank account is active, then wait for 24 hours, the status in your EE profile will be updated.

Hello all,

I have my Express Entry & Job Bank profiles active and I got PNP nomination but no message in my cic profile. Upon query with the province they are saying that they are not able to find my profile and asked me if I activated/linked my job bank to EE, which I did. I did sent them them active profile pics as well and now they are asking me to connect with CIC on this.

Can anyone advise me on the above?? how to get me nomination linked to my express entry profile?
