Cannot start a new topic/thread - Error (forbidden 403)

one of our forum members "Juner" is facing this peculiar problem with the forum....can anyone please help?? It says error "Forbidden 403"

He is able to reply and post comments on other threads but unable to start a new topic...can anyone pls advise..this is really very frustrating

Juner.... i have done it for you... so lets c if you get any help..... . i get the same problem when i try to paste a link or paste some imp info on the thread but am able to start a new topic.

Hi Sofia.....

Nice to see that you are trying to help out a fellow member....

That message comes up when you use one of the "special characters"....I have learnt the hard way....

For ex....if you use C and D together without space (I have to put a space between the two alphabets)
if you use the special character for NUMBER sign then you would get that error.

Mitali.... sorry 4 being late to inform you.... i had sent a mail to London office on the 5th asking them for an update regarding my med re do letter. They replied on the 6th stating that the letter has been sent out on the 5th. I remember your last msg to me was "do not do in on your own since you had an interview ....its better to wait for instructions from the visa office".

Hi!! I'm having the same problem with this Error (forbidden 403) and it's really frustrating. I want to post a new topic regarding my concerns for the TEFAQ exam but I can't... I don't know what's wrong. Hope you could help me with this problem. Thanks.
