This is a new requirement for logging in, two factor login security. It has nothing to do with the broader, location, change in location, security certificates or anything. Just a new step implemented by them. Although the code should be sent to the email address you’re using to setup the account, check the email address that you used to receive the invite link also. If you’ve used the same email address everywhere throughout the process of the application, then also it shouldn’t be a problem.

You don’t think security certificates matters? The only possibility I can think of why I can’t receive the code but everything else is security code. Other than that, I receive all the messages from Portal. Even when I tried to change login password, I did receive the code to the same email address that I use to apply. I don’t know what to do now.

To receive the code, they don’t matter. If the security certificates were issue on your device, you’d probably not have been able to login either. I checked why they’re asking for codes when I received an email with code, it mentioned it’s their new two factor login feature they’ve implemented.

Wow, I guess that’s the way they are as it’s always said… I don’t think they’ve checked your last inquiry, either. I hope you’ll get the visa as soon as possible.
