Hi friends , iam cancelling agent as he is totally out of contact after receiving his fees/ charges , i hav printed the cancelation form filled it out but little bit confused the way of sending , could u plz tell me how can i send it through mail/ email or fax? Also i cudnt change my address how can i do thats . Thanks guys

1st make the cancellation. Use form 5476

Mail those forms of USE OF REP. There is a area for cancelling. Also write a cover letter and do mention your new mailing address and email ID. All further correspondence will be send directly to you and do not worry that consultant cannot harm you in any ways.

As I always doubt MOST (Not All) these agents are frauds.

Most of them are not agents instead a sub agent of another guy.

So if you have the correct details fill out the form and forward it to CIC

I have faxed the cancellation form with a cover letter with my new address and email id rather than mailing them do u think it wil b ok or shud i mail them too?
Friends my experiences----- we had team of 4 pple with same NOC n qualification from same Uni and almost same experience i.e teaching in college NOC 4121 ,we were abut to apply from same agent but two of them applied themselves who hav already got medical but two of us who applied through crooked agent stil waiting for medical .we all dont have job offer and adoptbility point ,n agent is out of contact we r trying to vomit our dollar from him but no contact woried frns
