I've applied for the Canadian visa online on 11th June (London's office). More than 50 working days have passed, but I still haven't got any decision. Even after sending an enquire, there are no updates.
My colleague applied for a visa by paper last week (as I suggested to do it due to awful proceeding of online applications) and today he got his passport back with the visa stamped (we are under same conditions in UK and visited US, NZ, European countries many times).
Is it possible to cancel online application and re-submit by paper? As I don't see any button to cancel or withdraw the application in online account. Cause I believe it'll be the better way in my situation, rather than "waiting for miracle" from CIC.

There is no button/selection to cancel or withdraw an application. Even if you want to withdraw/cancel your online application, it's the prerogative of the visa office whether or not to allow it.
FYI there's a recent London thread where applicants having been waiting since a while just like yourself
