Just wondering if I am able to prove my 12 months canadian work experience in the following scenario:
Live in Toronto
Work for UK based company
Pay Canadian taxes
The UK based company does not have a Canadian based intracompany place as I would be working from home.
Basically I am applying for a 2 year IEC visa, and I work for an amazing IT company based in the UK who are willing to let me work from Canada so If I work for them but physically live in canada would this count?
If not what would I need to do to make it count if anything?
