canadian student visa refused

i have canadian student visa refused under spp :-[
my profile 12 non medical in cbse with 65%
physics 66
chemistry 84
maths 38
with ielts 7 bands my course is electronic engineering technician in niagara college
I HAD GIVEN IMPROVEMENT EXAM THIS YEAR AND I EXPECTED TO GET 55 IN MATHS
IM GOING TO APPLY UNDER COMPUTER ENGINEERING IN CANADA DO I HAVE ANY CHANCE THIS TIME??
SHOULD I APPLY OR NOT

You have to give enough information about your profile in order to be helped. For instance what were the the reasons for refusal etc.

i had applied for electronic engineering technicians course (undergraduate) for january 2016
the reason for refusal was the proposed study in not in light of following the study u choose ......etc

does improving my marks this year increase chace of getting visa ?

Apply for CAIPS notes first and know the detailed reason why you got rejected.

i had applied under spp therefore reson of funds can be neglected
it must be due to my acedemics but still i will apply for CAIPS
