Canadian PR profile ineligible

I applied for Express Entry PR but the application was denied and message was profile is ineligible. At the moment I am not able to edit my application all the fields are locked.

My question is will I be able to edit the application. When I go in the application and go to 'View my profile' I saw there is an option of 'Start again' in the top left corner. Should I select that, as the current application fields are locked?

But usually, an ineligible profile cannot be modified at all. You have to start again.
