I have enough Hours but I am late one month in submitting my express entry form. I have enough hours(1470 hours), worked 2013 to 2015 October . If I go behind one more month then I have enough.can I apply for exprees entry experience class...

Can you be more precise with your question given I for one do not understand the phrase 'if I go behind one more month ' ?

If I am count from today to 3 year behind. I have 1470 hours .
Augest 2017 to augest 2014 . But I have more experience as a skilled worker in canada . But can not add because it is out of 3 year behind . If I add one month more like July 2014 but it is not in 3 year behind .it is 3 year and one month . I can earn 1630 hours .i am one month late for submitting my file en canadian experience class.

You can't include work experience from July 2014 - it's too old.

As of now, you don't have enough Canadian work experience to apply under CEC. You need to gain more Canadian work experience to qualify.

Now I don't have any statutes in Canada . I can't earn more experience. I have less 90 hours .

In that case CEC unfortunately isn't an option for you.

If you have enough work experience, you can look at regular Express Entry.

Also - you do need to be in status in Canada if you want to apply to immigrate. How long have you been out of status in Canada?

I left canada October 2015 . Than I started to work in Spain . .

You don't qualify to apply for PR through CEC. You'll need to apply through FSW/Express Entry.
