Please explain more! I have 9 months work exp from the previous employer and until April 15th this year I will have 3 months exp from my current employer. Is this the same situation as you?

Pretty similar - I'm not sure why people weren't getting the 40 points for a year's worth of experience when they were clearly eligible under CEC rules...however the Ministerial instructions seem to lump CEC with FSW which means that it has to be continuous experience yet I was still awarded the 40 points, so I honestly don't know what's going on there.
