Hello All,
I have created an express entry profile. I have completed 4 years of undergraduate program from University of Alberta yet I didn't receive any points for Canadian Education. In the CRS calculator, it shows 30 points should be given for it. I have opened a ticket with IRCC but they haven't responded yet. I also tried creating a new profile, but still it didn't work. Please help.
Thank you so much!
