Canadian education in express entry

I have a question, I've graduated with a bachelor's degree from a university in Canada. But I only studied the last year of the 4 in Canada, the first 3 I was in the same university's campus in a different country.
Now does this count as a degree, diploma of three years or longer under express entry?

It has to be completed in Canada and has to be at least 8 months program to receive points
