I have a question, I've graduated with a bachelor's degree from a university in Canada. But I only studied the last two year of the 4 in Canada, the first 2 I was studying in an university in my home country.
(I transferred my credits)
Now does this count as a "degree, diploma of three years or longer" under express entry?

I need 30 points of Canadian education to be invited.
