Hi all,

I did pay the fees online for Canadian citizenship application. The receipt contains an allocated space for my information (address, DOB, Client ID ... etc). Shall I fill these information by hand or no need to?

And, apparently the client ID is the number on the front of your PR card.

in date of birth on the reciept , the year box has two spaces for two numbers should I put the last two digit of my birth year or should I put the whole 4 digits of my birth year

There are two spaces for day, two for month, and two for year. So, today's date would be written: 14 04 15

I just need to make sure that should I only pay Adult Grant of Citizenship - Processing and Right of Citizenship fees ( $ 630) ?no additional fees (such as Citizenship Certificate - Processing fee or etc?) I am single.
