Canadian Citizen wanting to study in UK. Already married to UK citizen.

Hey

I am a British Citizen and my Wife is a Canadian Citizen. We are currently awaiting the feedback of my PR process but in the meantime my wife would like to go to the UK to study. Apart form applying for a student visa, can she apply for a different kind of visa seeing as she is married to me, a British citizen.

Did you ever find out if your wife can go on a different visa? I know that my children who was born in Canada was able to reside in the u.k. because i have dual citizenship and go to school there for free.

Yes your wife can apply for a spouse visa, however there are requirements to meet:

Noticeable the financial requirements - You must have an income of at least £18,600.
