Hi, what will happen to a Canadian Citizen 1 year old child if the mother do have a removal orders that she needs to leave the country. Can she take her child with her?and what if the father will say no that she cant take the child.

The mother cannot remove the child without the father's permission, a court order that allows her to do so, or sole custody of the child.

If the mother has a removal order, IRCC/CBSA will likely allow her to remain in Canada while court procedures are in progress regarding her child's custody.

Thank you, plus the mother is currently pregnant too. She do have a pending humanitarian applications running for about 2.5 years of waiting. The husband sponsor her before but last minute he cancelled the applications due to unstable behavior of him, a confused man. Now CSBA let her apply PPRA that is still pending too.
She is worried of her child, of what will I happen is she got to leave.

Have you started the child custody process? H&C does not prevent removal.
