Canadapost tracking - not able to find results but CIC email says COPR n PP sent

Hello everyone

I need some advice on my situation here.

PPR mail: Nov 25
CPC Ottawa received passport: Nov 28

I followed up with CIC abt my return tracker (i sent a canpost overnight priority prepaid one instead of xpresspost) if I need to send another envelope and status of my visa printing.

I got a reply today morning from CIC that says "Good day,Your passport and COPR were sent out yesterday by Canada express post, tracking # XXXXX".
The tracking num is same as the overnight priority envelope i got from canadapost.

Now I checked Canadapost tracking system and it says "Unfortunately, the number you entered is not in our tracking system."

The pp n copr will be sent to vancouver bc to my lawyer and now I dont know what to do, as canadapost has no info on the tracking.

Can anyone advice me what to do in this situation

double check if you input in right website and right place , right type, then call the canada post , if still not. go to the canada post to ask for it.

3 different people tried and its the same results in canpost tracking. called canadapost, they say that this item is not received by us, so its not in our tracking system. and its being sent from CIC, so i dont think if i go to the post office they will give me information as i am not the sender.

I have received my pp today, in CanadaPost website the status generally gets updated later in the day, like mine was updated at 6 in the evening day before yesterday. So wait for this evening if the status shows up. Best of luck.

How will I know that COPR is sent to me when I am from visa exempt country?! Ecas shows 'DM' over a month, but nothing else yet..

hi, cic agent told today they have posted my passport today but my tracking hasnot actived yet! is this normal im worried about my passport help
