canada work visa refusal

hi i applied work visa for canada , i got rejected , the reason they mentioned is "purose of visit" can anyone can tell me,i applied in may, i got my mail on 22nd august , i did not get any message on my mobile or on my email about the dispatch of my passport , i just want to know is this people are working in the correct manner , i dont understand , how do i reapply give me some suggetions , and the reason for my rejection.

take out private information tho.
