am doing my masters in USA ., i have applied for canada visitor visa and got refusal from usa ., my brother was working in canada at that time (8 months ago) was in work Visa ., i don't know if that might have have effected my status ., now i wish to re apply my canada visitor visa because my brother is an P.R holder in canada now ., but the screw part is i recently applied for UK visitor visa a month ago and got refusal ., can any professional please boost up my hopes , will i get visitor visa acptd if i apply now
