I would say withdraw your current application and file a new application. Sometimes, computer system acts weird and try to do a match with previous application. I would suggest you to put old UCI number from 2017 as well on an application.

Thankyou for your reply , but like i said it already shows that it has been withdrawn, and i also dont know my UCI number from 2017 , the application was denied in 2017. Here is the screenshot. Thankyou again . https://ibb.co/0cyYh6G

Applied visitor visa on 1st May for my mom who is in USA on visit. On website processing time shows 27 days only. And its almost 43 days till now. She had previous visit visa that expired and couldn't travel. sent webform too.

Just in case if she travels back to home country can ppr be submitted from any VAC after approval.
