i submitted an application for visitor visa on gckey
submission on 7 September 2022
biometrics on 12 September 2022
and now it's showing reviewing the eligibility, and the background check since 12 September same day of biometrics submission
I'm a holder of b1.b2 US visa and has more then 10 Schengen visa
the last Schengen visa i got is still valid till 2024 with a duration of 3 years
your opinion guys will be much appreciated thank you

My question is how long it's going to take for the aproval
And no i didn't travel yet to the us
im planing to visit both countries once the visa is issued
Current processing time is 120 days ...second thing approval will be based on your profile that how strong is ur case...your ties to residenc, home n in Canada, job/business, financials n length of stay n purpose of visit

There should be a reason specified. You can order GCMS notes to find out why they were denied. If they live in Dubai and are not citizens that can make it more difficult to get a TRV because ties are weaker and their ability to remain in Dubai is tied to employment. What is their citizenship? Did they include proof of liquid personal savings and assets in general? For a TRV the visitors‘ assets are the most important. The residents of Canada can include their financial information as secondary proof. How long did they request tovisit Canada? Do they have previous travel to countries like US, UK, Australia, etc.
