Hello,
My visit visa was rejected twice with the reasons as 1) no travel history
2) financial status and ties in home country and in Canada.
My husband and brother are in Canada on student visa.
I want to visit my husband with my baby for his birthday and marriage anniversary.
Reason was mentioned clearly and I work hear in a reputed MNC I have maintained good amount of balance in my account.
Please suggest me what to do further
Hi,
I want to visit my husband with my baby for his birthday and marriage anniversary.
These are not compelling reasons to visit.
1. How long did you want to visit?
2. Do post the list of documents you submitted the second time.
3. What ties did you show: Employment, family, property ownership or lease agreement, financial situation, etc
4. Did you borrow/transfer money from someone (including from your husband)?
5. When was your first application? And the second one? Did you reapply with the exact same documents?
Cheers
Hello,
1) I want to visit for 20days.
I have my husbands birthday, our marriage anniversary and my son's FIRST birthday all in these 20days, I mentioned the same when i applied second time.
2)I am working in the same company since 7years and submitted all the related documents(payslips, form16, PF statement)
My land documents, CA validation letter, bank balance, invitation letter and my husbands college letter, his part time job offer letter, rental agreement of my husband.
3) I also mentioned in cover letter that I have to take care of my mother(55yrs old) who is alone here.
4) I always maintain some balance in my account that is my salary account, two months back before processing for visa i have deposited some amount in my account, however in last six months statement i always have good amount of money transactions.
5) First application was rejected on June 3rd and I applied the second on June 23rd.Today July 9th I got my rejection letter.
Please suggest me on what should I do now?
I'm totally confused. Can I apply again for visit visa or will this be a negative remark on my passport? Will this effect me in my future plans??
Awaiting for your reply
Thanks
nandu23, where are you from?
I'm from India.
Applied through VFS hyderabad
My husband and brother are in Canada on student visa
This is summer now. You husband should come to India to you and baby for all your mutual anniversaries. THAT is what VO thinks.
My husband is on one year course and he has no holidays now.
I have mentioned this in cover letter and my husband also mentioned in his invitation letter that he cannot come to India he has only 5days holidays which will not be sufficient.
Please suggest me on what should I do now??/

Then he will be at home soon. Your anniversaries in such circumstances are not a big deal for VO. When your husband left for Canada he knew about them and their importance for you but left nevertheless.
And when your husband will graduate?
Feb 2017.
Is there any solution for this???
Is there any solution for this???
I personally doubt it.
if i apply again with explanation will this be of any help??
rejected twice will be a negative mark for future?

Hi,
I suggest you do not reapply for a few months. If you reapply in quick succession, it will indicate you are desperate.... hence, you are likely to overstay your visit.
If you are successful, you will probably get a single-entry TRV with 6 months validity.
Visiting for birthdays and anniversaries is not a strong purpose of visit.
When you reapply, you must include:
For employment: Employment letter + leave approval letter
For finances: Nothing borrowed + financial investments (FDs, shares, EPF, PPF, LIC, etc)
For the land: Do you plan to construct on it? If yes, include proofs of building plans, approvals, etc..... if it is agricultural land then proofs of income earned from it
For your dependent mom: Evidence to show she is dependent on you financially/her well-being + she lives with you at the same address
For purpose of visit: A day-by-day itinerary for sightseeing, meeting friends/relatives, etc with expense estimates. You must prove you can pay for this itinerary + airfare with your own money
For family ties: Do not apply for your son. It will be a strong reason for you to leave Canada
All the best
