Hi,

My Canada ICT Visa got refused in Jul 2014 due to LMO issue.
This year applied for US-H1 through employer. Will there be any issue for Lottery/Stamping of H1 process due to Canada visa rejection.
Please address/suggest me on this.

You can apply for H1 , it's up to them if they want to accept or not. i am sure for lottery it wont be considered rest will be checked during stamping process which i dont think will be a problem.
so dont worry relax ashu.
