They have asked for some additional documents (military service record) for my father on Feb 9th, I have provided that on Feb 10th. Received automated email but it hasn't been updated in system yet.

OK, this is a good sign that they are working on your file. Where your parents are residing? (I mean Pakistani applicants file submitted to Abu Dhabi?)

My father had worked in police. They asked for police service record which I submitted and they wanted some clarification, i provided that too. Nothing since then. Roughly 4 weeks now since last communication

They Refused my TRV application on 11 march 2020. I submitted my application on 6th march. I have not received any refusal letter. Can any one help me how to find the reason of refusal?.

Check your online account there should be a message of refusal and read the letter in detail they must show the reason of refusal.
