Canada PR process for Spouse

Hi,

I'm married but I've received an invite to apply PR only for me because i selected an option that my wife will not accompany me in Canada to increase my score.
My marital status in Application is Married.

I'm on work permit and have applied an open work permit for my wife
Doubt:
1. Can she stay in Canada after i receive my PR on the basis of Work permit?
2. When can/should I apply PR for my wife?

If she is not accompanying you, then why would she need a work permit? If she really is accompanying you, then you are misrepresenting the facts of your application for PR. You should reconsider your strategy here as there are serious consequences for both of you.

Agreed with the above.

You're basically lying in your application to get PR while having your wife living and working in Canada until she gets sponsored.

Misrepresentation leads to a 5 year ban.

I've added her details in cic under my profile and i'm not lying anything. I've mentioned each and every details about my wife. She is in Canada.
Currently i'm appyling only for myself and Will file for her once i get my PR
