Canada in India tweet, a total scam?

See, that's the thing, their wordplay is on point (extremely smart). The IRCC website has said that for all application outside Canada. This tweet has not come from IRCC twitter handle but from "High commission of Canada in India" twitter handle, which kind of tells Indian applicants have been scammed and they are going back on their word for India by using IRCC's name (which of course must be instructed by IRCC in the first place).

It's not about being positive but this last minute tweet is just a low blow. We anyway knew that they wont be able to commit even after re confirming their commitments in webinars, but this tweet in the last week is just extreme.

Exactly, I am gonna raise a webform now by this week. Will not just simply ask for status but will write a proper email. I will also email Delhi immigration (not that they are going to reply)

They are giving out decision to all the people who applied after 15th may, even the one's who applied 10days ago. High volume is no excuse when they are just not doing what they were supposed to do. All they're doing is picking up latest files and making new applicants simply lucky.

I have no hate towards IRCC but they should at least do justice first for the people who worked hard on their application and submitted sooner than the deadline.

You are a little deluded if you think IRCC will suddenly process thousands of applications by August 6th if they haven't done so already. What reason do they have to hold on to pending applications and then suddenly approve them on August 6th? Doesn't make sense.

If you applied by May 15, you will get decision by Aug 6 (if you do not, it means your case is complicated). So, 99% of applicants will get result. The reason they said this in tweet is because of repeated webforms from applicants who didn't submit completed application by May 15.

All of you, stop sending webforms unnecessarily. You are overloading the system and causing more delays.

Brother, the decision is ready for old files. I along with many others have got their BVL 2.5 months ago. Our decision is being held out only because our file is licking dust in archives. And no, webforms are not slowing down anything. If it did, people who applied in june and july wont have received their decisions because thats way too fast and unfair.

They just dont want us to send webforms because they dont have any fair or truthful answer to why they are processing new files over old ones.
