I am little bit confuse should I go for it or not as I already have 2 refusals in other category. Any thoughts??

I am applying for jobs every day where I meet the requirements. Hopefully I will find employer to sponsor me but I have heard there are employment agencies in canada who can arrange employment for you. How much is that true. dos anyone has an experience??

Generally they are cheater. Better u search yourself online.

Yes. You have to search job offer to apply for this program. But job offer search relatively easy because no need to complete the process of LMIA for employer.
Your job offer does not need to be in the same occupation as your past work experience. However, you need to meet employment requirements for the job you are offered. The requirements are listed in the NOC.

The employer does not need a Labour Market Impact Assessment. These are 4 Atlantic region provinces. Contact the provinces to learn which employers are hiring with this program:

New Brunswick
Newfoundland and Labrador
Nova Scotia
Prince Edward Island

There are plenty of them,But it is illegal to buy a job.But it unfortunately is very common.They mainly selll unnamed LMIA.They require you to pay a deposit,type your name into the form,fax in HRSDC and in a few days,an LMIA comes out in your name and you and your family go to Canada.To quote a small business owner I know,Given 2 equally applicants,Why should I not give it to the one who gives me cash in an envelope.It is illegal but a sad reality
