Can we work full time after post graduate work permit expired

Can we work full time hours after post graduate work permit expires but renewed status as study permit holder, my work permit expires in Jan 2017 but I have been enrolled in school for September 2017 in the meantime can we work full time hours because I am not in school yet and as I am aware when school starts it is 20hrs/ week.

others will correct me but once your PGWP expires you can no longer work simply because you have a study permit In fact you cannot work until Sept 2017 given you will not be in full time education education until then. What status do you think you have between now and September to stay in the country.

Technically yes but it only applies to those who still has a study permit. You got a study permit and then Post Graduate Work Permit so your status then was a foreign worker. So no you cannot work until your classes start.

No one will even hire you without a valid PGWP. Your SIN # will also expire with PGWP.

once your PGWP expires this month you no longer have any valid status to continue working until you start full time education again in September, this is regardless of your study permit expiration. If you had started your course in January at the same time your PGWp expires then you would have been in full time education so could work 20 hrs a week but as that is not the case you should stop working once your PGWP expires. So you are not off college or on college break given you are not on a course until September.
